Executive Trainer & DEI Professional
Priya Sodha, an Executive Trainer and DEI professional, has over 10 years of experience in facilitating transformational workshops and trainings for organizations. She specializes in leadership development, communication, diversity, equity and inclusion, and people-focused leadership.
Priya is the founder of The Empowered Managers Training Program, which offers a 6-month leadership program for early career managers. She holds a Masters in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a BA in Sociology from California State University of Long Beach.
Priya has served as Executive Director for the Youth Business Alliance and Director of Career Development at Calbright College. She is a Certified Professional Group Coach and holds a certificate in Effective Leadership from The Management Institute. Priya is also an active #IamRemarkable Facilitator, speaking on self-promotion for women in the workplace and presenting at The Women of Silicon Valley Conference on Communicating with Confidence.
